i was reading this article about barbie doll this morning. You must be wondering..what about barbie dolls?? Aren't they just some plastic dolls played by little girls?? Well..that was what i thought too. I used to play with them when i was a little girl. And don't be surprised..there are still people older than me that collects them. That's totally fine..it's like some guys who collect action figures or antiques.

The article was talking abt some feminist or some people regard barbie as some " bad example" for kids. As they displayed bad virtues of a woman. I agree with the journalist who wrote the article..she feels that barbie are just dolls. They are not some bad models for little kids..It's truly how you see it. It's rather subjective to everyone. Like another example...i attended my theory lesson at ssdc. My instructor was relating an incident that he saw while he was driving. He was trying to explain to us what would happen if we don't steer in the direction of the skid when we are driving in the rain. He saw this car which overtook his car. The car skidded about 8 rounds, coz the driver steer in the wrong directrion. Thank god there wasn't any cars around it. The question he asked us was, " Do you think that the driver was a he or a she?" I was like thinking...DUH~~~ seems like asking the obvious. Well...indeed...the driver was a female..Not surprised. He explained that female drivers don't drive as often as male drivers. Thus, he will always wanna know whether the driver is a she or a he. He said that he didn't mean anything. I think it was quite good the bring up the issue. Though he didn't mean anything..he wasn't trying to mock that the females are lousy drivers. He was trying to state more like a fact than anything. Though i knew it's a fact but sometimes i hope these men could be more encouraging than telling us this, " That's a fact!!!" Jenny swirled her magic wand __ at 7:47 AM
